This statement is provided by Escape Life Inc ("Company"), operator of the LazyFans™ platform ("Platform"), in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

1. Platform Role

LazyFans™ is an online platform that hosts user-generated content uploaded by independent third-party Content Creators. The Company does not produce, create, film, direct, or edit any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct that appear on the Platform. All such content, where it exists, is produced solely by independent Content Creators.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(2), the Company qualifies as a secondary producer with respect to user-generated content hosted on the Platform. The Company is not the primary producer of such content.

2. Creator Obligations

‍

All Content Creators who upload visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct to the Platform are required, as a condition of use, to:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of upload
• Ensure that all persons depicted in their content are at least 18 years of age
• Maintain all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including copies of government-issued identification documents for all depicted performers
• Certify compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements prior to upload
• Make such records available to the Company and/or authorised law enforcement upon request

Content Creators are the primary producers of their content and are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and all applicable regulations.

3. KYC and Age Verification

‍

The Platform operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and age verification process for all Content Creators. Prior to being permitted to upload content, each Creator must submit valid government-issued photo identification confirming that they are at least 18 years of age. This process is administered in accordance with our KYC & Age Verification Policy, which is available on the Platform. Such visual depictions were produced by and are the responsibility of the independent Content Creators who uploaded them to this Platform.

6. Content That Is Exempt

All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct displayed on the Platform were produced by independent third-party Content Creators. The Company is not the primary producer of any such depictions. All depicted performers in content created by the Company (if any) are 18 years of age or older.
