2. Platform Role

LazyFans is a technology platform that allows users to publish and interact with user-generated content.

LazyFans does not create, produce, or control user-generated content. All creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and distribute.

LazyFans may remove content or restrict accounts at its sole discretion to enforce these Terms, comply with laws, or protect the integrity of the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property And Ownership

LazyFans™, including its name, logo, design, layout, software, code, graphics, branding, and all related content (excluding user-generated content), is the exclusive property of LazyFans™ and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform
• Use the LazyFans name, logo, or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code

User-generated content remains the property of the creator. However, by posting content, creators grant LazyFans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process such content solely for operating and promoting the Platform.

4. Payments And Billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Billing descriptor: Charges may appear as LazyFans.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

LazyFans may withhold, delay, or reverse payments to address fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, or risk management concerns.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Upload illegal or non-consensual content
• Post content involving minors
• Engage in harassment, threats, or impersonation
• Commit fraud or deceptive practices
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Circumvent moderation or security systems

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. No Guarantee

LazyFans does not guarantee:

• Earnings
• Visibility
• Discoverability
• Platform uptime
• User engagement outcomes

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LazyFans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to LazyFans in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LazyFans harmless from claims arising from:

• Your content
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

9. Modifications

LazyFans may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
