PRE-SCREENING & CONTENT MODERATION POLICY

LazyFans™ — Operated by Escape Life Inc
Effective Date: March 20, 2026
Last Updated: March 20, 2026

Escape Life Inc, operator of LazyFans™ ("Platform"), is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and trustworthy environment for all users. This Pre-Screening and Content Moderation Policy explains how we review, monitor, and moderate all content uploaded to the Platform.

This policy applies to all Content Creators, users, and any content published on the Platform.

1. Our Commitment

All content uploaded to LazyFans™ is reviewed before publication and is regularly monitored after publication. We take our responsibility to protect users, creators, and the integrity of the Platform seriously. Our moderation programme operates continuously and is supported by both human reviewers and automated technology.

2. Pre-Publication Review

2.1 All Content Is Reviewed Before Going Live

Every piece of content submitted by a Content Creator — including photos, videos, audio files, text posts, and profile information — undergoes a mandatory pre-publication review before it becomes visible to any user on the Platform. Content is not published automatically; it enters a review queue and is assessed for compliance before going live.

2.2 What We Check

During pre-publication review, our team checks for:

  • Content involving minors or that could be interpreted as involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or content uploaded without the consent of all depicted parties
  • Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation
  • Content that advertises or arranges in-person sexual services (escort/solicitation)
  • Illegal content of any kind, including content prohibited under federal and applicable state law
  • Content that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Spam, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Content that depicts real-world violence, threats, or targeted harassment

2.3 Review Timelines

We aim to complete pre-publication review within 24 hours of submission. In periods of high volume, review may take up to 48 hours. Creators are notified when their content has been approved and published, or if it has been rejected and why.

2.4 Creator Responsibility

Pre-publication review does not transfer legal or ethical responsibility for content from the Creator to LazyFans. Creators remain solely responsible for ensuring all content they submit complies with applicable law, our Terms of Service, and this policy. Submitting content for review is not a guarantee of publication.

3. Post-Publication Monitoring

3.1 Ongoing Monitoring

All published content is regularly monitored on an ongoing basis after publication. Monitoring is conducted through a combination of:

  • Automated scanning tools, including hash-matching technology (such as PhotoDNA) to detect known child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Keyword and pattern detection to flag potentially violating content and messaging
  • Periodic manual review of published content by our Trust & Safety team
  • User-generated reports (see Section 4 below)

3.2 Frequency

Automated monitoring operates continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Manual spot-checks are conducted on a scheduled basis by our Trust & Safety team. High-risk content categories (e.g., content flagged by automated tools) are escalated to human reviewers within 4 hours.

4. User Reporting

Any user or visitor to the Platform may report content they believe violates our policies. Reports can be submitted via:

  • In-platform reporting tools (where available on specific content or profiles)
  • Email: support@lazyfans.com with the subject line "Content Report" and including the URL or description of the content

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and to complete the review within five (5) business days. Urgent reports (involving minors, trafficking, or NCII) are escalated and actioned within 24 hours.

We do not disclose the outcome of moderation reviews to third-party reporters, other than to confirm that the report was received and reviewed.

5. Enforcement Actions

Where content is found to violate our policies — whether identified during pre-publication review, post-publication monitoring, or via user reports — we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Reject the content (pre-publication) with a notification to the Creator explaining the reason
  • Remove the content (post-publication) and notify the Creator
  • Issue a warning to the Creator or user
  • Temporarily restrict or suspend the Creator's or user's account
  • Permanently terminate the account
  • Preserve and report evidence to law enforcement where required by law or where we have reasonable grounds to believe a crime has been committed
  • Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where content involving minors is identified

6. Priority Enforcement Categories

The following content categories are treated as the highest priority and will result in immediate removal and account termination without prior warning:

  • Any content depicting or involving minors in a sexual or inappropriate context
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content relating to human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation
  • Content used to solicit or arrange in-person sexual services
  • Terrorist, extremist, or incitement to violence content

7. Appeals

Creators or users who believe a moderation decision was made in error may appeal in accordance with our Appeals Policy. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the moderation action. We do not accept appeals for decisions involving the priority enforcement categories listed in Section 6.

8. Transparency

LazyFans is committed to transparency in its moderation practices. We will publish periodic reports on our moderation activity, including the volume of content reviewed, the number of pieces removed, and the categories of violations identified, to the extent permitted by law and operational constraints.

9. Third-Party Tools and Partnerships

LazyFans uses industry-standard tools and, where appropriate, works with specialist third-party providers to support our moderation programme. These may include providers of hash-matching databases, age verification technology, and content classification tools. All third-party providers are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
