Escape Life Inc, operator of LazyFans™, has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, exploitation, and escort solicitation of any kind. This policy sets out our commitments, user obligations, and the procedures we have in place to protect all platform users.
This policy has been developed in response to requirements from our payment processing partners and is consistent with the obligations of online platforms under applicable law, including the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and related legislation.
1. Zero Tolerance Statement
LazyFans™ strictly prohibits:
- Human trafficking of any kind, including sex trafficking and labour trafficking
- The use of the Platform to facilitate, advertise, arrange, or solicit prostitution or escort services
- The exploitation of any person through force, fraud, or coercion
- Any content, communication, or conduct that promotes or facilitates trafficking or exploitation
- The use of the Platform by any person to control, profit from, or exploit another person's sexual activity
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
2.1 Trafficking-Related Prohibitions
- Any advertisement, listing, post, or message that offers, arranges, or solicits in-person sexual services for compensation
- Content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies human trafficking, forced labour, or sexual exploitation
- Use of coded language, emojis, or euphemisms commonly associated with solicitation or trafficking
- Directing users to off-platform channels (other websites, phone numbers, messaging apps) for the purpose of arranging in-person sexual services
- Content that reveals personal identifying information of trafficking victims
2.2 Escort and Solicitation Prohibitions
- Advertising escort services, companionship for hire, or any form of sexual activity in exchange for payment, gifts, or other consideration
- Soliciting or responding to solicitations for in-person sexual encounters via Platform messaging or content
- Using profile descriptions, content captions, or messages to communicate availability for in-person sexual services
3. Detection and Monitoring
LazyFans employs the following measures to detect and prevent trafficking and solicitation:
- Pre-publication content review: all content is reviewed before appearing on the Platform
- Automated keyword and pattern detection to flag potentially violating content and messaging
- User reporting: a dedicated reporting mechanism for users to flag suspected trafficking, solicitation, or exploitation
- Regular monitoring of content and user behaviour patterns by our Trust & Safety team
- Cooperation with third-party safety organisations and law enforcement agencies
4. Reporting Obligations and Law Enforcement Cooperation
4.1 Internal Reporting
Any employee, contractor, or representative of LazyFans who becomes aware of suspected trafficking or exploitation activity on the Platform must report it immediately to the Trust & Safety team at the contact details below.
4.2 Law Enforcement Referrals
Where LazyFans identifies content or conduct that it has reasonable grounds to believe constitutes human trafficking, sex trafficking, or related criminal activity, we will:
- Immediately remove or restrict the content or account
- Preserve relevant evidence in accordance with applicable law
- Report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline where required by law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
- Contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) where appropriate
- Cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation, including responding to lawful subpoenas and preservation requests
4.3 User Reporting
Any user who suspects trafficking, exploitation, or solicitation activity on the Platform is strongly encouraged to report it immediately to support@lazyfans.com. Reports will be reviewed by our Trust & Safety team within 24 hours.

5. Creator Obligations
All Content Creators must, as a condition of their use of the Platform:
- Confirm that all content they upload is consensual and that no person depicted has been trafficked, coerced, or exploited
- Refrain from using the Platform to advertise or arrange in-person sexual services of any kind
- Immediately report to LazyFans any approach by another user seeking to arrange in-person sexual services
- Certify that they are acting of their own free will and are not under the direction or control of any third party in connection with their Platform activity
6. Victim Support
LazyFans recognises that trafficking victims may have content uploaded to the Platform without their consent. If you are a victim of trafficking and believe your likeness or content appears on the Platform without your consent, please contact us immediately:

7. Enforcement
Violations of this policy will result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Immediate account suspension or permanent termination
- Preservation and reporting of evidence to law enforcement
- Civil and/or criminal referral where appropriate
There are no warnings for violations involving trafficking, exploitation, or solicitation. These violations result in immediate and permanent enforcement action.
