BILLING STATEMENT DISCLOSURE

This Billing Statement Disclosure is provided by Escape Life Inc ("Company"), the operator of LazyFans™ ("Platform"), to help users understand how charges from the Platform will appear on their bank and credit card statements.

1. Billing Descriptor

When you make a purchase on LazyFans — including subscriptions, tips, or one-time payments — the charge on your bank or credit card statement will appear as: HAPPYTIME ADVERTISEMENT.

If you see a charge you do not recognise under this descriptor, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank — we are happy to help identify and resolve the issue quickly.

2. Who Processes Your Payment

Payments on the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors on behalf of Escape Life Inc. Escape Life Inc is the merchant of record for all transactions made on the Platform.

Your payment details are handled securely by our payment processor. LazyFans / Escape Life Inc does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account numbers.

3. Types of Charges

You may see charges from the Platform for the following:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees to Content Creator profiles
  • One-time tips or gratuities sent to Content Creators
  • Pay-per-view (PPV) content purchases
  • Platform membership or premium feature fees (where applicable)

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available on the Platform.

4. Recurring Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected, until you cancel.

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then and will not be charged again.

5. Currency

All charges are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee and conversion rate. LazyFans is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank for currency conversion.

6. Receipts and Transaction History

A receipt or confirmation email is sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction. You can also view your full transaction history in your account settings under Billing.

7. Unrecognised Charges

If you see a charge you do not recognise, please take the following steps before contacting your bank:

  • Check your LazyFans account transaction history (Account > Billing)
  • Contact us at support@lazyfans.com with the transaction date and amount — we can usually identify the charge within one business day
  • Check whether a family member, partner, or someone with access to your device may have made a purchase

We strongly encourage you to contact us first, as many unrecognised charge queries can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a delay in resolution and may affect your account status.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or incorrect, you have the right to dispute it with your bank. However, please contact us first — we can often resolve billing issues faster than the formal chargeback process.

Chargebacks filed without prior contact with us may result in:

  • A temporary hold on your account pending investigation
  • Termination of access to content purchased with the disputed transaction
  • Account suspension if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in bad faith

LazyFans cooperates fully with all legitimate chargeback and fraud investigations.

9. Refunds

All refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on the Platform. Refunds are generally not issued for digital content that has already been accessed. Where a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
