Escape Life Inc, operator of LazyFans™, is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and trustworthy platform. This Content Removal Policy explains how content is removed from the Platform, the grounds for removal, and how users can request or appeal removal decisions.

1. Content Subject to Removal

LazyFans may remove any content that:

• Violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Depicts or involves minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• Is illegal under applicable law (including content relating to trafficking, terrorism, or child exploitation)
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Is subject to a valid DMCA takedown notice
• Has been subject to a court order or law enforcement request for removal
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse directed at an identifiable individual
• Involves the unauthorised disclosure of personal or private information
• Is spam, fraudulent, or deceptive in nature

2. How Content Is Removed

2.1 Platform-Initiated Removal

‍

LazyFans may remove content proactively through:

• Pre-publication review: all content is reviewed before it is published on the Platform
• Ongoing monitoring: our Trust & Safety team continuously monitors published content
• Automated systems: pattern detection and hash-matching tools (including PhotoDNA for CSAM detection)
• Legal obligations: content removed in response to valid legal demands

2.2 User-Initiated Removal (Creator Requests)

‍

Content Creators may request removal of their own content at any time by:

• Using the in-platform delete function (where available)

Emailing support@lazyfans.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and including the URL(s) or description of the content to be removed

Creator removal requests will be resolved within five (5) business days. Note that removed content may be retained in backup systems for a limited period in accordance with our data retention policy.

2.3 Third-Party Removal Requests

‍

Third parties (including non-creator subjects depicted in content) may request removal of content on the following grounds:

• The content is illegal (e.g., CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, defamatory material)
• The content infringes their copyright or other intellectual property rights (submit via DMCA process)
• The content was uploaded without their consent and they are depicted in it
• The content violates a court order or applicable law

Submit third-party removal requests to support@lazyfans.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and provide as much detail as possible, including URLs, the nature of the violation, and your identity.

3. Timelines

‍

• Acknowledgement of removal request: within 2 business days
• Standard removal decision and resolution: within 5 business days
• Emergency removal (CSAM, NCII, trafficking-related): within 24 hours
• DMCA takedown: within the timelines specified in our DMCA Policy

4. What Happens After Removal

‍

When content is removed:

• The content is deactivated and no longer visible on the Platform
• The Creator is notified of the removal and the reason, unless prohibited by law
• Where required by law (e.g., CSAM), we will report the removal to the relevant authorities
• Removed content may be preserved as evidence where there is a legal obligation or ongoing investigation

5. Appeals

‍

If your content has been removed and you believe this was in error, you may appeal the decision. Please see our Appeals Policy for the full appeals process. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the removal notice.

Appeals are not available for content removed pursuant to a valid court order, law enforcement request, or content involving minors.

6. Repeat Infringers

‍

LazyFans operates a repeat infringer policy. Accounts that accumulate multiple content removal actions for the same category of violation (e.g., IP infringement, policy violations) will be subject to escalating enforcement, up to and including permanent account termination.
